Real strongmen enter the scene on Monday 24th July. Powerlifting involves three disciplines: Squat, Benchpress and Deadlift. Men’s and Women’s Light and Medium Class will be held from 10.30 am on the Monday.
If you have already learnt to like American football, you may like to join the American Football Final at the Olympic Stadium at 7 pm.

Korfball semi-finals will also be held on the Monday. The winners will make it to the final on Tuesday, and the losing sides will face each other in the third-place play off.

Fast Track Skating Millennium Park is going to host yet another round of skating competition on Monday. Men’s 200 Metre Fast Track Skating starts at 11.30 am. Women’s 200 Metre Fast Track Skating starts at 11 am.

The Centennial Hall is also worth a visit on the Monday with three different competitions: Women’s Acrobatic Gymnastics Pair Women, Acrobatic Gymnastics Pair and an incredibly spectacular Trampoline Synchronised Men.
