The half-marathon continues the tradition of previous years' runs, which combined a sports competition with a variety of events. This year's half-marathon is all about film and music. The runners will be competing to the sounds of film music, and both the contestants and the audience are invited to join a summer cinema session after the run. As usual, The starting line is located at the main gate of the Olympic Stadium complex. Those who cover the route will reach the finish line inside the stadium to the cheering of the crowds in the stands that have a capacity of a dozen or so thousand people.
