Unique dance show – 100 dancers and an orchestra on stage.

The Sukhishvili Georgian National Ballet consists of more than 100 dancers and an orchestra. In its history, members have gone on over 250 tours, have travelled around 5 continents and 90 countries 11 times and have given 12,500 concerts for a total of over 10 million spectators worldwide.

The ensemble’s performance was recognised as ‘the best show on Broadway,’ and the ensemble itself was acclaimed as the ‘eighth wonder of the world’ in Australia. The ensemble was established 70 years ago and has used traditional Georgian dances as a basis. In order to make their performances even more spectacular, the founders created new arrangements, which were obviously rooted in folk, and combined them with modern steps. The performance of the Sukhishvili ensemble is a spectacular and very dynamic show for the entire family: from children to seniors. There is no time for boredom. There are elements of martial arts and acrobatics, and dancers wear beautiful and very refined colourful costumes.
