wROCK for Freedom Festival 2017

Join us on 1st September at the Zajezdnia History Centre for a show featuring celebrated artists such as the Waglewski brothers.

It is a local tradition that the last weekend of summer holidays brings the wROCK for Freedom Festival in Wrocław. The show is held at a bus depot in ul Grabiszyńska, a place held dearly in the memory of the local community, where the Solidarity movement in Lower Silesia saw its beginnings.

Join us on 1st September at the Zajezdnia History Centre for a show featuring celebrated artists such as the Waglewski brothers, or FISZ EMADE TWORZYWO, this year’s Fryderyk winner ORGANEK, as well as RIVERSIDE, a band entertaining international audiences.

The festival comes to a climax on 2nd September with a show from the legendary British blues band TEN YEARS AFTER, who rose to their international career at Woodstock back in 1969.

The line-up for the evening also features THE STONES (UK), the best ROLLING STONES tribute band combining great musical arrangements with carefully selected outfits, instruments and the sound from the heyday of rock’n’roll. The local rock legend LECH JANERKA is also expected to perform on 2nd September
