Rhythmic Gymnastics and Aerobic Gymnastics start on Friday. The competitions will be held at the Centennial Hall from 2 pm to 9 pm.

It is equally advisable to purchase tickets to... a flying discs competition. Invented fifty years ago in the USA, the game is also known as Frisbee and has been gaining widespread popularity globally. A team composed of seven players have to place a 175-gram disc in the opponent area. Frisbee is unique in that there are no referees and all disputes are resolved by the players.

Korfball in turn resembles Basketball, but the basket is suspended almost half a metre higher. The Polish team start competition with a fixture against a strong British side on Friday. Our boys are not favourites, but as we all know the home team are supported by almost anything, including the fans of course. The game starts at 7 pm at the WKK Arena in ul Czajcza.

The Orbita Arena in ul Wejherowska is going to hold Lifesaving this weekend. Men’s and Women’s 4x50m Hurdle Relay will also be held at the weekend. Are there any likely winners for Poland? Our bet is Alicja Tchórz, who represented Poland at the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro.
