Around 50 wrought items made with the use of traditional blacksmithing techniques will be on show in the Ethnographic Museum.
Many of them combine aesthetic values with utility functions, e.g., fireplace kits, lamps, candlesticks, decorative grills and hinges. The exhibition will also include a few dozen photographs. Part of them present the artist’s works from the last period of his artistic activity (e.g., fences, entrance gates, wickets, guard rails, grills) that could not be displayed because of their dimensions. Several photographs will also present the most popular and recognisable sculptures made by Richard Mazur in earlier years that are frequently present in the urban space of Wroclaw, decorating squares, streets, public utility facilities and church interiors.
