The evening will start with the Hawdali ceremony – that separates a festive day from a normal day. Throughout the entire evening there will be mini-lectures, talks by the Wrocław Rabbi David Basok and his wife Danielle.

Throughout the entire evening there will be mini-lectures, talks by the Wrocław Rabbi David Basok and his wife Danielle who will familiarize the visitors with Jewish culture and religion, Bente Kahan will talk about the foundation. The upstairs of the Synagogue will show four exhibitions. The kosher CIŻ cafe in Włodkowica Street will prepare a stand with Israeli specialties. In the underground of the White Stork Synagogue with the assistance of Art Guides, you will be able to see one of the exhibitions of the 17th Media Art Biennale WRO 2017 Draft Systems.

  1. Rabbi David Basok on the Jewish cycle of life
  2. Danielle Chaimovitz-Basok on the history of Jewish cuisine and Jewish festivals during which food plays an important role
  3. Bente Kahan on the things are going on at the foundation, on the White Stork Synagogue's renovation and future plans.

During the Museum Night the kosher CIŻ cafe from Włodkowica Street will move to the White Stork Synagogue. You will have a chance to try real Israeli vegetable hummus, kosher cakes from the Jewish Commune's kitchen, have some tea and coffee from the cafe which is normally located at Włodkowica Street 9 (right by the gate leading to the Synagogue's courtyard).
