The OVO Bar&Restaurant stands out with a signature restaurant menu, a wide array of cocktails, an open kitchen, a five-star service.

The open kitchen means that diners can see the whole preparation process and remain in direct contact with kitchen staff. Finishing touches to some of the dishes are added straight on your table. 

The OVO Bar & Restaurant specialises in Spanish tapas, including chorizo served with orange mousse or triple-boiled potato and mint, as well as prawns with chilli, garlic and raspberries, sprinkled with bread olive oil.  

The menu features original creations using fresh seasonal and regional ingredients. The menu comprises the best of the best from modern Polish cuisine as well as dishes inspired by conspicuous dining cultures, most of all that of the Mediterranean. Manta ray a la meuniere with courgette and kaffir leaves as main course and mango-and-matcha parfait as dessert are just two suggestions from the current menu.

The chef Piotr Apanel has previously worked in four different Michelin-starred restaurants, including that of Gordon Ramsay’s in London.

In the summer season, OVO Bar & Restaurant serves dishes at a green patio, where concerts and exhibitions are also held. 

Located at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Wrocław, the OVO Bar & Restaurant is suitable for a variety of times and occasions.
