Traditional, elaborated sushi of the finest, natural vegetables and a common denominator is the finest fish and seafood. Behind the bar the tool used is yanagi-ba, in the kitchen it’s sous-vide.
In Szajnochy 11 we offer the finest fish and seafood which comes from the Dutch fish market. The restaurant joins two worlds: Japanese and Polish-Scandinavian cuisine.
Important elements in the restaurant are vegetables which are imported from the local farmers or chosen by the workers at the market in the Netherlands.
