Park&Ride parking lots

A network of places operating according to the Park&Ride formula is expanding, encouraging people to transfer from cars to public transportation vehicles. These include.

  • Street. Snycerka – Lesnica
  • al. Slaska – Wroclaw Stadium
  • Street. Lotnicza – Wroclaw-Mikolajow station
  • Street. Grabiszynska Street – by the streetcar terminus in Oporow
  • Street. Slezna – by Anders Hill

Parking at all Park&Ride parking lots is free. They also provide spaces for the disabled and even parking spaces for bicycles. Each of the parking lots is lighted, secured and located near city public transportation.

In the case of some Park&Ride parking lots, it was necessary to introduce the principle of controlled access, which involves allowing only regular users of Wroclaw’s public transportation to enter the parking lot. This is done by an automatic system of controlling entry barriers, which will open if the vehicle user demonstrates possession of a valid public transport season ticket the user will have the right to free travel on Wroclaw public transport and meet certain conditions documenting this fact.

This means that Park&Ride parking lots are free, but you have to show your URBANCARD card. Such rules apply to 13 Park&Ride parking lots in Wroclaw.
