The Art Restaurant is located at the Art Hotel, an establishment seated at the very heart of the city, at ul Kiełbaśnicza 20. The restaurant specialises in Polish cuisine. Each dish is prepared with fresh regional produce, the establishment being a member of the European Regional Culinary Heritage Network. Their specialite de la maison, namely their local version of Kłodzko trout, has been awarded the Culinary Heritage: Lower Silesia certificate. The restaurant also promotes local cuisine as part of the Dawny Smak Wrocławia [Ancient Flavours of Wrocław] by serving dished that are inspired by a selection of century-old recipes from then Breslau master chefs.
