WROCŁAW ARABICA - Etno Cafe
Etno Cafe is Wrocław's largest coffee roasting shop. "We follow our coffee beans right from the field to your table," say the owners.
Green coffee beans arrive at Etno Cafe from trusted plantations in Nicaragua, Ethiopia and Brazil. Coffee beans from Ethiopia are supplied by their business partner Natnael Hamda, while Brazilian coffee is supplied by Bruno Souza, whose family have been going coffee for four generations now.
The fragrant Arabica is created in a roasting shop in ul Jerzmanowska. The process is supervised by qualified roasters and carried out in special ovens.
People at Etno Cafe produce coffee, but they also promote a variety of coffee-related customs, technologies, culture; in other words, with anything that helps you celebrate espresso or latte and make this special moment even more enjoyable.
Prices: Ethiopian coffee from 89 to 109 PLN per kilo, from 25 PLN per 250 g; 4 x 250 g package: 93 PLN; coffee grinders from several dozen to 160 PLN.
