Piwnica Świdnicka - Wrocław

From the Middle Ages there has been a beer house in the Wrocław Town Hall which bears the name of Piwnica Świdnicka amid the type of beer served here which was imported from Świdnica.

As the only beer house in the city it has retained the original set of interiors for several hundred years. It was a well known place for the residents and numerous guests from Poland and abroad. In one of the rooms there is a written sentence “Who has not been in Piwnica Świdnicka, has not been in Wrocław”. It attracted kings, princes, well-known figures from the political, cultural and art world.

The cuisine of Piwnica Świdnicka is based on traditional Polish meals and sophisticated international food.
