Lost-and-found office

The loss of a personal item on a tram, bus or in a public place does not always mean that we have lost it forever. Many of the items left behind go to the Lost and Found Office.

Items found in public transport vehicles (buses and trams) are sent to the MPK Lost and Found Office, ul. B. Prusa 75-79, tel .: 71 372 28 90, office open: Wednesdays from 8.30 am to 4.00 pm, on other working days from 8.00 am to 2.00 pm.

People looking for lost items and reporting to the Lost and Found Office must specify:

  • what thing (object) has been lost, describe it, give its characteristic features;
  • determine when and in which vehicle the item was lost.

Items left in another public place go to the Municipal Lost and Found Office. It is open from Monday to Friday from 8.00 to 14.00 at the seat of the Roads and City Maintenance Administration at ul. Długa 49, in building H, phone: 71 376 08 96.
